Secuestran armas de fuego y aprehenden a dos acusados de un asalto
Tras una intensa investigación, los efectivos de la Unidad de Investigaciones Norte aprehendieron este jueves a
dos hombres acusados de protagonizar un asalto el día en que Argentina se disputaba la semifinal con Croacia en
el marco del Mundial de Qatar 2022. Las medidas se concretaron en un allanamiento realizado en un domicilio
de avenida Francisco de Aguirre al 3.000, en Capital, donde además se incautaron armas de fuego, una
motocicleta y prendas de vestir.
“Se aprehendieron a dos personas identificadas en la causa y una de ellas tendría antecedentes por diferentes
hechos delictivos. También se concretó el secuestro de armas de fuego, la motocicleta que había participado en
el hecho y prendas de vestir que usaron en el momento del hecho y teléfonos celulares de interés para la
investigación”, precisó el Comisario Principal Enzo Leal, jefe de la Brigada Norte, con sede en Lomas de Tafí.
Por su parte, el Comisario Diego Paz, segundo jefe de los investigadores, recordó que el hecho ocurrió el 13 de
diciembre pasado.
“El episodio tomó notoriedad porque se produjo en momentos en que Argentina jugaba un partido trascendental en el Mundial y se viralizó en un medio digital. Inmediatamente, un equipo de esta Unidad se abocó a la investigación y se entrevistó con la víctima, quien contó que tres sujetos que se movilizaban en dos motocicletas aprovecharon el momento en que él salió de su casa, en el entretiempo, para luego asaltarlo. Es así que al volver, uno de ellos lo amenazó con un arma de fuego y le sustrajo el celular”, señaló.
Luego de analizar los registros fílmicos y los testimonios, los investigadores de la Brigada Norte solicitaron las
medidas judiciales a la Unidad Fiscal de Robos y Hurtos II, que este jueves arrojaron los resultados positivos.
